"If I could give no stars, I would. Let me first say, I broke protocol. I happened to be in the area running errands and thought I could kill two birds one stone. I found this place, briefly checked them out and stopped by. I needed a gel pedicure. A young lady serviced me, did not get the name. I was not offered what types of pedicures were available, my feet weren’t even in the water for 5 mins, she cut my toenails dry, filed them after they were cured, and handled my feet very roughly. I waited until I paid to voice my concerns and as I was speaking she literally turns away and starts speaking to the only other employee. Extremely rude and this by far was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. This was a hole in the wall and I got hole in the wall service. Nothing about the service was Glamorous!"

"The only nail place I have been to, where they actually clean and trim to perfection. I feel like most nail places now days barely trim and clean the nails before painting the nails. I rarely get nails done, but when I do, I always come here. I feel cleaner and newer when I leave. All works have been long lasting as well. This is definitely a place where they focus on quality of work."

"My new favorite nail salon ! Jonny, Andy & Jeny are the best! Any nail design I show them they bring it to life! Affordable with a variety of colors and designs to pick from. What I love the most Is they take their time to make sure everything is perfect. They don’t let you leave out of their chair until they know you are satisfied with their work. I have tried many nail salons but no one like them. I drive from downtown Houston just for them."
