"I had the D.E.E.P. Infrared Detox Wrap and it was phenomenal! April was my esthetician and her customer service was phenomenal. The products were wonderful and attention to detail was impeccable."
"I get my facial supplies from here but not anymore now. I was scheduled for a 12:30pm facial it's now 1:15pm and I'm still waiting for my facial. This was done for me as a birthday gift and I really wanted to support the business but communication is key if the appointment needed to be rescheduled again we should have been advised. She just missed out on 2 facial appointments because of bad timing and miscommunication. Supporting black business annoys me at times because of things like this, it's put me in a bad mood my birthday weekend. Bad business. Period. I've decided to leave it's now an hour later smh."
"I have been coming here for awhile now and always have a pretty good experience; however, today was phenomenal! I came in for my monthly wax and was taken care of by Ms.April and she did a fantastic job! She went above and beyond and made this already good experience phenomenal!!!"
"I have tried my best to be optimistic about leaving them room to grow into their standard of professionalism being where it should be and have realized that it may not happen. I have been supporting them for nearly four years and loved their products when I first started using them. After a while my skin got used to it, and it stopped being as effective but because of how I was wow'd the very first time I am still committed to using them. Over the years, I have been offering up feedback for better service including letting them know how necessary it was to add a label for refrigeration being required for their masks after a mask I had been sent grew mold. I was assured by the person on the phone that the information would be forwarded on to someone else (this was years ago mind you), but upon visiting them in 2021, I found that nothing had been done about it. I also realize that the employee turnover is incredibly rapid so anyone I spoke to at length say, months ago, is susceptible to be gone by my next communication. I really do believe in this brand so I will continue to use them but I was very disappointed on my recent trip to Houston (I live in Maryland and was sooooo excited to finally lay my eyes on a brand I hold in high regard in person). I booked a number of services for myself and my best friend who I have been telling about the brand for years. Between the woman catering to her ruining her eyebrows, to the same woman's dismal performance with the facial and other services...my friend was not impressed. Unfortunately, in the past my friend has had to go pick up orders for me because their shipping times can grow quite long when I need a reorder. At checkout, we stood there for almost an hour (about 45 minutes to be exact) because they had issues seeing what I had paid in deposits in the system. I understand that they are a small business and trying but for so many years I have been having customer service issues with them. I don't know what the solution is but that issue alone is very challenging to allow me to continue to support the brand. I love the products but the lower quality customer service is a deterrent. The young woman that attended to me was great and I felt well catered to but my friend's experience lowered the effectiveness of our self care day and the long wait to checkout and incorrect charges made it even worse. I am on the fence about how to move forward and whether it's more worth my time and money to find skin care elsewhere. I really do wish them the best in meeting the standard that I know they can reach with the right team of people."
