"Went to see Amy for my eyelashes at first. In the beginning, they looked good not great but good. I then had her do microblading & shading on my eyebrows. $400 down the drain. Amy did a horrible job and doesn't take criticism well. She complained that she didn't have much to work with when I told her I wasn't pleased with the job she had done. She is supposed to be the professional that's why I went to her to get my eyebrows done. NEVER going there again!!!"

"I want to share my honest review with you all so you know what to expect as I certainly had not prior to going. I came to this location about 2 months ago for my first appointment as a refill customer from a separate establishment. I sent photos in (per their request) prior to coming in so they’d know what to expect. However, when I came in for the service I was met with both uncertainty and extremely uncivil attitudes by their staff. Ignoring the red flags (ill-mannered staff, 2 extremely bright lights directly in my face the entire length of my appointment, GLUE placed on my forehead, a sick staff member coughing over my face my entire appointment, etc) I proceeded with my appointment, paid, tipped and left. I will say, my lashes were beautiful. The second time I came in was to refill on THEIR fill. At this point, the previous lashes which were sparse and in the center of my eyes, had fallen out completely. I got my fill and was happy. However, within 2 days my lashes were at 60% capacity overall, leading me to return and have them fixed. I thanked them for the service and left - no problem. My third time coming in was today. I went into the salon as I was having a hard time connecting over the phone. I was told the lash tech had “given up” as she felt she had done the best she could and i was always dissatisfied with her work, which wasn’t true. The first time i came I was satisfied, the second time my lashes fell out immediately after the appointment. However, at no point was my attitude rude or nasty. After having this conversation with their “manager” (another tech clearly untrained in customer escalations), she “offered” but moreso gave me the ultimatum, to have my lashes done by her next week. She said she would definitely get to the root of the problem (although I never once voiced that there was one). Turns out they had not only blocked my number after my last appointment, but also, the tech I mentioned above, had refused me service which was unexpected, but fine. After piecing together the information, I politely declined her offer and left. I hope you all will take the time to read through these reviews as the 4.2 stars is certainly not representative of the comments/reviews I read through today via google. Please keep in mind the dangers with housing lash glue on customers foreheads while their eyes are taped. Please also keep in mind that their taping methods can cause damage to your actual eyeball."
