"I’m so sad to leave a bad review being that they’re new to the neighborhood but can I be honest? The customer service by Michael was great BUT there seems to be a skill gap going on? I paid almost $80 for my nails & for cuticle care as apart of my service but: - my cuticles were not cut or cleaned up - my nails didn’t look anything close to the picture I showed them. - the dip is chipping after a 1 week & a half See attached pictures for what I asked for vs what I got. I originally went in for dip, but for french tip & one of the girls said she didn’t know how to do a french dip set then she said she didn’t know how to do a cat eye. So Michael came & took over & did a “cat eye” & though he was nice — my nails…disappointed. :( I went back to have them try to fix the color to the original picture I showed with the light green nails but they just made it worse bc then he filed the dip too thin & now my dip is chipping. I would’ve preferred someone just say they don’t know how to do something then to wing it so 2 stars for customer service but they def should train employees better or hire more skilled ones."

"Obsessed with this manicure from Lynn. She was wonderful and made me feel soooo special as her first customer on their grand opening day. I also got a pedicure that morning and it was just okay, but the manicure was top notch and I will return just to get the same level of customer service from Lynn. As an aside, the guy in glasses at the front desk/checkout ignored me for ten minutes after I checked in and only remembered me after I followed up. He also forgot about my requested drink and took 45 minutes to get me a glass of wine while everyone else who came after me already had their drink. He asked me what I wanted once and had Anna remind him of my drink three times in 45 minutes. Terrible customer service from him. I honestly felt like he singled me out with how terrible his service was towards me. Anyway, thanks again Lynn! Loved the manicure."

"Just visited with my friend as a birthday gift. Love the service here. I just got a classic manicure and they came out great! I don’t typically get just a classic but I love it. They also have complimentary drinks (soft drinks and cocktails/wine). I personally had Ariel and my friend had Bella who were both friendly and talented nail techs. David was working the front-desk and refilled our drinks. Super courteous. And they have a loyalty program! I will definitely be coming back."
