"Worst customer service ever received from an Ulta store. Don’t deal with Cam, she is very rude and will come across to you as though she’s doing you favor, and knows better than a manager and Julie, supposedly the mngr on duty at that time, let her get away with it."

"This ULTA has the worst customer service. The products are hardly ever restocked and when they are they are not organized. The associates never offer to help but will definitely follow you around the store. They just want to rush you through the line so don’t expect a welcoming attitude or them to answer many questions. Juliette definitely made me feel like I was asking for too much when I simply wanted to see where my points were at before I made an additional purchase. I try to avoid this location because the customer service is just so bad every single time."

"Conveniently the store is located near my house. The bad thing is their customer service. It has always been poor. The employees/cashiers all ignore you they don't ask you if you have any coupons or points like they do at Sephora, which that place is so much better in service then at Ulta, I asked them why I never get their emails or coupon and they check my email so many times to see if it was correct but then it turns out it was misspelled, out of so many times that I asked. "I came this store on Tuesday around 1, when the store is very slow and no client. I was surprised because their services not really welcome at all compared to shepora. No body ask you about : " you need some helps" as usual other beauty stores. They just saw you and walk away. I guess maybe me and my friend are male so they don't care. I tried to wait to shop at ulta,I support to buy all my beauty and skin care at HEB however I think I should go to ultra for better. But it was disappointing."

"Visited the Ulta Beauty in Houston ,Texas. And it was a lovely been in there. The customer service was very warm, they attend to you or assist you when you call upon them, and that was really very cool. I even had to ask a rep there to help me with a moisturiser, because i had a sunburn. Instead she recommended a moisturiser that also had a sunscreen with it. I was very grateful for that. Then talking about the perfumes. They had a whole lot of variety of perfumes, especially newly released ones, for instance, they were the only store that had Ariana Grande Cloud 2.0 perfume which was released in February, and they had it in May. They had lots of other cosmetic products to choose from. Lipstick, eyeshadow, mascara, and all make brands of makeup you can think. They've also got a lot of hair products, the likes of shampoos, conditioners,hair clips, bonnets and many others....too many things to mention here. The bottom line is, Ulta Beauty is an amazing place to visit for your perfumes, body lotion, sunscreens, moisturisers and all kinds of hair products."
