"This was my first time visiting ToyoGlow Salon and I will definitely be back. Toyo is truly amazing. She put so much thought and care into understanding what I really wanted and was focused on achieving that vision I had for my hair. I was nervous to do microlinks because I wanted to make sure my hair looked natural and full and that she could match my hair color so it all blends well. I got all that and more. Not only did she deliver exactly what I wanted, she taught me so much about my hair and how to style it. She took her time to ask me questions throughout the process to make sure she was doing everything exactly how I wanted. I’ve been to many stylist in Houston trying to find a stylist that cares about delivering what the client wants and who takes pride in their work, I’m happy I finally found one. I highly recommend you go see her too!!"

"I selected Miss Toyo from social media out of the many, she did my hair for my wedding on 10/10/22. I was so amazed of the wonderful job she did with my hair, I got so many compliments. "My hair was amazing! The reason that I gave it 4 stars is because the stylist ran a bit late the day before and it threw my entire day off (mani/pedi/wax appts and etc.)the day before the wedding. I also want to add that the extensions in which I purchased were longer than she recommended which added on to the 30/40 minutes late start. She is very detailed and takes her time with your hair to make it a masterpiece, but I was not prepared for it to be 4+hrs (on the wedding day) and it kind of had me on edge and pressed for time. Work is great, just plan accordingly. **hair did start to fall during ceremony BUT again I bought longer inches than she suggested to me so that is probably my fault **"

"I used Toyo for my Anniversary celebration and she was amazing. From the consultation to the install (day before the ceremony) and the styling (the day off), Toyo went above and beyond. I wanted something that looked natural almost like when your hair is blown out and she delivered my vision exactly. She recommended the right hair extensions to use and helped calm my stress. She was confident that my hair would be in place all night and it was (which is a rare occasion for natural hair). She’s gentle with her braids/sewing. Overall, I would 100% recommend Toyo."
