"The driveway to the gas pumps extremely littered. The trash cans at the pumps overflowing with trash. We gassed up and had to make a trip inside. There were at least 5 ladies behind the counter laughing like at a party. They were quite loud. I stood in line behind two other customers while we waited for a punch line from one of the women behind the counter. After all the laughter we were told to hold on. We will not stop here again. Too bad, it’s a great central place to stop on our way to Waco."

"On March 12,2023 about 12:35. I stopped to fill up with gas. I went in to buy snacks on my way to Lavernia. I went into the restroom. No toilet paper or paper towels. I went to cashier an told her. She said there was an air dryer to dry my hands. Daaaaa. She said she couldn't do anything an if she locked the door customers would get mad. When i asked her no customers were in the store she could have taken time out to replace these items. I asked for managers number an she procedded to tell me it was her day off off an she wolud not answer."

"I Am so ashamed of what just happened in this store , today january 22 , 23 i came to San antonio in a flight from kansas city and stopped to get some chips a coke and a Corona , i am 25 years old, i showed this lady my honduras passport issued here in the Honduran consulate , this lady told me that in the US you can only buy alcohol or beer with a US passport and since my passport was from honduras they both refused service and acted very rude and racist , i would love to get a hold of the manager or owner because this can't be happening anymore we can't be dealing with racist ppl like this working at our convenience stores shame on you gals!!!"

"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE The attendant was extremely rude. He wasn't ready he wasn't organized. I walk in I made myself to the cash register he walks over to the other one and tells me I'm over here. I asked for gas swipe my card he gets upset at me. I start telling him what pump and how much I want and it tells me to hold on. I repeat myself another three times and he still doesn't understand what I'm asking or what I'm trying to tell him. He gets upset and tells me to chill out. He said who Do You Think You Are as I started raising my voice because after the fifth time he couldn't get my request straight. All I wanted was $10 on number 5 and he couldn't simply get that right. Horrible customer service I hope his manager or Regional supervisor reads this and has the opportunity to do some customer service coaching with him. Robert seem to be out of it he's not focused and he's definitely did not give me 100% customer service. Now I'm going to drive somewhere else to go get my 10 or $20 worth of gas. Thanks for the horrible experience Robert."
