"This post is for Mai and Amore : On Saturday, 2/10, Mai did relaxed my hair. She did an excellent job and she was so NICE AND COURTEOUS.She provided excellent customer service as she always does each time I see her. Also, A previous Saturday I went to Ms. Amore for a perm and extension. From the beginning she was truly a generous and talented hair stylist. She took her time to do her job well, and my hairstyle on Saturday is proof of her service. I am greatful for her service and care."
"I got a haircut from Miriam and made the mistake of not looking closely at it before leaving. She rushed despite no other customers. I ended up cut very thin on one side and thick on the other side. I tipped her 100 percent before realizing it was a bad cut much later. It took me a few days to realize how bad the cut was on the sides. I won't be going back. I need to see another stylist somewhere else to get it fixed immediately. Don't have conversations with your stylist while getting a cut here. It won't turn out well. This was by far the worst haircut I have had from a salon."
"This is the worst hair salon I’ve ever been to, and it has the worst customer service. It all started when me and my mother took my brothers to get their haircut. The lady made us wait forever and she couldn’t even cut his hair right it looks like she was going in zigzags, and to make it worse. The lady also cut him multiple times. There was another woman there, and they had ruined her hair too, this is the worst place I’ve ever been to and I won hundred percent do not recommend this salon. This would be the biggest mistake of your life I can promise you that. They made us pay $17 and it did not look like it was even worth one. If you could please find another hair salon."
"TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE. TERRIBLE HAIR STYLIST. UNHELPFUL AND NON-RESPONSIVE MANAGER. I would give negative stars if I could after my experience with this company. I visited their location on 12/21/2022 and only had my roots filled in. The stylist gave me no reason to believe that she was uncapable of doing my roots. She would charge me $65 for a root touch up. After I left the store, my hair was wet so I did not noticed that it had a yellow tint. Once it dried a bit, I noticed that it was not a yellow tint, it was just yellow colored. I returned to the store, asking about toner, which after waiting for an hour she applied toner to my hair and charged me an additional $25, she never added toner the first time and told me that I needed to use purple shampoo. I spent about $105 including tip, which is a lot of money. After washing it with purple shampoo and conditioner multiple times I called the store and spoke to the manager requesting a refund on 12/22. She told me that the company doesn't do refunds but I can send her photos and shell see what she can do. After this she didn't respond, I had to reach out to her again on 12/26. I tried to be understand since it was around the holidays. She stated that she was waiting on headquarters. We spoke on the phone on 12/26 where she offered me a $25 refund for the toner. However, I decided that $25 was not enough because I was still paying about $80 for someone elses mistake. I reached out to her again on 1/2/2023 to request a full refund and asked for headquarters information so I could speak to them directly about this issue since I know they have to approve it. She did not give me their contact information. I reach out to her AGAIN on 1/5/2023 asking for their contact information again. She told me that she had passed my information on to the district office. That was 20 days ago and I have heard nothing at all. I have been trying to deal with this for over a month with little to no communication from this company. I need to go to another salon to have my hair fixed but without this refund, I can not afford to do so. At this point, I am very angry because I have been nothing but nice and it is getting me no where. My guess is that she removed the bleach way too early. Super disappointed by this location. I have visited another location in the past with great results."
