"I used to come here often for my own brows so I thought it would be good for my daughter to get hers done here for the first time. First red flag was there was no A/C. It’s 105 degrees in Houston and it was 4:15pm!!! No A/C and two fans barely cooling. Second I asked for my daughter’s brows to be threaded with her natural shape. Threaded not waxed. Wax was used on the tail of her brow And I have no clue why. I didn’t know this had happened as I was also getting serviced by someone who appeared to be under the weather. It’s hot and she’s sniffling which is a combination for spreading illness. The person servicing me did not appear to wash her hands and I honestly should have gotten up but again I was already mid service. Maybe it was the heat but please if you are not feeling well or no a/c just close because it is a disservice to your business and clients. I left and went elsewhere to fix my daughters brows.and I would have gone to the other location but it was packed out of the door with two people working."
