"We have been frequenting this location for many years. Recently, we had a poor experience with one specific stylist, whom we had not used before. In the satisfaction survey, I stated I wished to speak with a manager about the treatment my daughter received, because it was completely contrary to any experience we have had prior. The manager made things right, genuinely listened to our concerns, and promised to handle insuring the staff member was retrained on salon expectations. Manager also brought my daughter back in to insure the cut and style was what she wanted. It renewed our faith in this location. We will continue being customers of this location."

"Excellent service. I got the highlights done from this location. Alexis asked if i had any questions before getting the highlights. I said i don’t have much knowledge about hair treatments and wanted to know more whether which colour would suit on me. No doubt!!! She helped me find a colour that’d suit on me and did her best. The only problem i found was there not a much difference from the highlights i already had and the one they did. I needed something different but turned out to be almost the same that i had before. There should be more clarification or at-least pictures to show to clients for reference about how their hair colour will look like after treatment. Especially, for the clients who have little to no knowledge about hair treatments."

"I recommend this place above all others! I went here solely due to reviews and was not disappointed. I got my hair botched at another salon, and they took me the next day and fixed it! I asked for a super ashy blonde and they delivered! I was there all day due to it being a color correction plus other services, but they always made me feel comfortable and welcome the entire time. Seriously, they’re amazing. So thankful for Alexis and Rachel! Plus everyone else who stepped in to make this happen after my horrible experience elsewhere."

"I would like to speak a little about my experience at Edit Salon in First Colony Mall. The staff has always been very friendly when I arrive and quickly assisted me in getting with the hairdresser that would be cutting and styling my hair. I was appointed to Nicole Daniels. I was very pleased with her work. I absolutely love the way my hair turned out! Her professionalism is certainly noticed and her knowledge of techniques and the products she used on my hair turned out with amazing results. She was very sweet and patient with my many requests and questions I had. She was quit pleasant and polite to speak with. I certainly recommend her services to anyone and will continue to request her services for myself in future visits."
