"Website & door say open 9am Saturday. Waited 30 minutes standing in heat; did not show. Also the phone #on door & website says no longer working; tried to call to verify hours and/or make appointment. She has good ratings but for me, poor customer service. I am 75 yrs old, no car, so must walk. Live nearby, just found out about place, thought would be convenient, but turned out to be waste of time in our 100+ heat. Sorry, you lost a would be a good customer."
