"This place is great! I’ve always had issues with mechanics and staff trying to push expensive products on me or make me pay more. They did not do that whatsoever. Everyone was kind and informative and knew their craft really well. They only recommended me the parts that were essential to the function or repair of the vehicle. They even let me know why and how’s for it and let me know exactly what I was gonna pay for in those repairs. Their admin/Assistant Alma kept me informed throughout the whole process with calls. "They have great customer service and superb body work on my front bumper. I'm in the military, and I told them I had a tight schedule since I have to ship out to my next duty station soon. They were able to fit me into their busy schedule and get my car fixed earlier than I expected. Specifically, Alma was always quick to respond and kept me updated on my car's progress. Additionally, she was great coordinating with my insurance. On top of that, I was impressed with their level of detail repairing my front bumper. They found much more damage than I expected and address those issues beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this shop!"

"The good: Every person I talked to when I went to the shop was very helpful and they all listen to your questions and answer them. The bad: Quality assurance here seems pretty poor. It seems things a little rushed and not checked thoroughly before handing the car to the customer. I had damage to my bumper, and it was repaired and painted (color matches great). However, First time I went to get the car, there was damage around the emblem area caused by the shop as they took the emblem off for repairs and so they repaired that and redid the paint. Second time I went to get it, the paint was extremely soft (softer than normal and that was their words) they stated they rushed the painting processing to meet the time they promised me it would finish but obviously I would've rather wait longer. So they took the car again for a third re-do. This repair came out good with some dirt stuck under the clear coat which they took off then buffed. The bumper was also pretty scratched up (the first 2 times had no scratches at all). I will be posting photos of how the bumper looked and you can tell how bad they are compared to the untouched hood on my 3 year old car. Lost trust in them so much that I would rather keep the car like this than return to them for a better polish... just go elsewhere."
