"Pedicure was fine, however.... They trick you into believing that the $65 dollar package delivers quality work but this is not the case. Don't go for it for all the great shoulder massage of your legs..just poor quality work. I will never do the add on. Plus they give you stale wine with that package !! I feel ripped off !!!"

"I got a full set acrylic manicure and within a day, the acrylic started lifting close to the cuticle. They were super nice about fixing the nail that began lifting, but after that one nail… ALL of the nails began lifting due to possible rushing and bad prep work on the base of my nails. I’ve now had my acrylics on for less then a week and I have 3 nails remaining that haven’t lifted/ fallen off."

"I’m in town for a wedding and needed nails done. New Star was closeby and had favorable reviews so I took the chance. Had a pedicure plus acrylic nails done. First time to do acrylic nails again in 30 years. Nancy did a great job! Also had a pleasant chat while she worked her magic. Too bad I don’t live in Texas but if I ever come back to Katy, I’d definitely come back."

"This is the best nail salon I've ever been to! We have gone several times for Manis, pedis, acrylics and eyebrow waxing. All of the employees are kind and courteous and make you feel very pampered! I have never made an appointment and they have always had time to fulfill my requests even when they're somewhat busy. The volcano pedicure is the ultimate pampering experience!! I get nothing but compliments from people on how amazing my nails look. My October candy corn nails are particular hit with everyone. The toes and candy corn fingers in the photos were done a week ago and have stood up to life here."

"I got a pedicure on Friday morning. They did not clean or sanitized the tools they used on my nails, giving me an infection on my big toe. This is so unprofessional, I will never be coming back here and will be filing a complaint. Do NOT go here!! They will get your nails infected because they do NOT sanitize anything prior to using it."
