"I have been coming here for years and never experienced a problem until recently when the tech was extremely careless during the time of my install. One eye clearly looked fuller than the other, and during the install she was pulling my actual lashes. I called and they offered for me to come back, but when I did I was literally traumatized by the woman who did the work initially and another lady who was supposed to fix my lashes talking about me in another language bc I came back to have them fixed. The guy who answers the phone said he would call me in a few days to reschedule for another time and never called me back, which is the reason why I am leaving this review. Please beware and ask questions. I paid full price for messed up lashes with no follow up from the company... go elsewhere too many options for eyelashes."

"I don’t get my lashes done religiously, but when I do it’s mostly for special occasions. I’ve been coming to this salon for a couple years now and I have been very happy with the results. But this time, I was surprised as to why my lashes didn’t turn out the same. Perhaps it was because they were glued to 3 lashes or 2 lashers together. I thinks that’s just laziness on the artist’s part. It wasn’t just one lash, it was several of them"

"These lashes are the best I've ever had (retention thus far, and the feel). The stylist took her time but didn't have me stuck in a chair for over 2 hours, plus their pricing is reasonable. I even called and asked them to let me know if they had any appointments available 1 week before my scheduled one with a specific stylist and they called me twice although I happened to not be available to come in. Excellent customer service, and they go the extra mile to offer their professional opinion to give you recommendations on lash length, style, and thickness based on your natural lashes and your eye shape."
