"Trying to find a convenient barber shop in my new neighborhood. Great Clips is my second effort to find a suitable barber. Before her death, my wife went to another Great Clips on Nacogdoches Road where she was always satisfied with their cutting and styling. Previously, for last 19 years my hair was cut at the Randolph Base barber shop. Today, went to Great Clips at this location. Happy with the barber, how my hair was cut, $15 price charged, & to be able to walk in without an appointment even though they suggest going online. Feel Great Clips by using computer/phone to assign waiting numbers & to text you when it's your turn, duplicates & loses the personal touch."

"I have been going to Great Clips for 20 or 30+ years... Sometimes I get a 5 star haircut and sometimes I get a -5 star haircut.... That is my biggest complaint... once I locate someone who cuts my hair the way it needs to be cut.... *if too short.... it stands up and I can't get it to lie down for several weeks or more..... they are never there when I am able to come in or they move off to another location and I have no way of finding them again. I have gone to every Great Clips within 15 miles of where I live looking for someone who tells me they do not plan to leave that location.... and then .... they are gone. So if you have a very easy head of hair to cut.... GREAT... but if you have challenging hear... and you find the person who can make it look really nice.... there is no guarantee you will get the same person the next time or a month or two away.... Something that would be a big help when signing in....list the staff that are there working and the times of the day they have their shift. :-)"
