"This was my first time here. I told UnJu what I wanted. She acted as she understood. I already had dirty blonde hair. All I wanted was a trim and color. I have a picture cut with buzzed sides. She buzzed the sides, and trimmed my hairline near my ears, up to my ears and rounds my neckline instead of the peak I like. She did this without asking what I prefer. She cut my hair dry, and with scissors she had just stuck in an upsidedown brush, using all of her items without cleaning them, while changing me and 2 other clients in and out of her chair. She got hair color on my face in multiple places. I wanted a balayage with black/dark brown and red. She gave me dark brown roots and red the rest of the way. She did not use enough color to even saturate my hair, missing spots as you can see. Then charges me $160!!!!! When she didn't even do highlights or lightening my hair!!! Then over products my hair. I will NOT be back!"
