"I had the worst experience at this location today! I came across a very rude lady named Joann who claimed she’s been with the company 15 years and that she knew better than me about any product I wanted! I guess being with the company that long gives you the right to be rude and ugly with your customers and being all around unprofessional. Maybe it’s time to look for a new line of work Joann? Lose the bad attitude, lack of communication skills, and unprofessionalism otherwise Sally’s will just keep losing customers like you’ve just lost me! Thanks to your bad attitude today you just lost out on a $300 sale from me, great job Joann!"
