"I was amazed when they told me hair straightening (without wash or any of that) plus eyebrows cost me $60. The lady said she gave me $10 discount so the total was $50 for these two services. I think it’s way overpriced or she just simply overpriced me. Without the $10 discount she said she gave me, hair straightening costs $49… discount was not even reflected anywhere so who knows if there was any or she knew she charges me a lot… I thought I’ll return there next week again for that service but after check out I will definitely not."

"NEVER get eyelash extensions here. they aren’t individual lashes they’re ardell cluster lashes you buy at walmart. they look horrible and are super painful to get removed. i showed her a picture of what i wanted and it looked nothing like the picture my eyelashes are damaged and they don’t have a refund policy. i am however getting a free service. the customer service was decent but i wouldn’t recommend going here"

"I tried to give this place several chances with threading my eyebrows but I’ve continually been disappointed. It used to be the older woman who messed up my eyebrows twice to the point that I had to let them grow out for months just to fill in bald spots and she smelled horrible. One single time I had a younger, maybe 30s woman, who did an amazing job! She listened to what I wanted and my eyebrows looked amazing but she never was there again since I’ve gone back. The last 3 times it has been a young lady maybe college aged. She is very nice and has made my eyebrows look okay BUT all 3 times she did not listen to what I requested. I have always requested square and thicker eyebrows. Every single time she took off the length of the front and made them round and kind of pointed downwards. She also made them pencil thin which is a huge frustration because I lose eyebrow hair very often and have thinning so the more taken off the longer it’ll take to grow back. The last time I went in I even left on my eyebrow make and told her “this is how I shape my eyebrows every day so just go around it and clean it up but leave this shape”. She didn’t listen. She made them pencil thin again. Again, she is very nice and the eyebrows don’t look terrible but they aren’t what I wanted especially after growing them out for so long to get thickness back. Now I have to wait another 2-3 months to get them shaped again but it won’t be here."
