"Well first off I would like to say this place is very nice. The lady that did my toes was super nice and had a nice conversation. My sister in law recommended me to this salon and I loved her nails so I wanted to try for myself! Well she then called me while I was getting mine done and said she had to come back because her nails were lifting already and only had them for a week maybe I got mine done didn’t realize this when I was there it was late I was last one trying to get out . Well next day I realized one my designs were on opposite fingers some of the nails were thicker than others paint already 3 days in started coming off nails but I couldn’t fix them because I was going on vacation so I had to go threw my vacation was going to get them fixed when got back but didn’t even make it that long my nails started lifting from my nail bed not even the tip like most I’m use to the place I got to the product last a very long time and I have never had my nails lift like that and came off a whole nail like a presson. Don’t get me wrong the designs were beautiful but not even not the same finger and even notice nail polish on toes already started chipping I’m use to everything lasting longer than it should Especially for the price I paid way more than I’m use to paying I would expect good quality product."

"I was not impressed with how my nails were done today. They charged me $170 for pedicure and full set to just walk out my nails looking bumpy and messy. They offered to redo my nails, but I am a very busy mother with very limited time and now I have to wait till they out grow to try another place to get my nails done. I was on my day off and was really hoping to walk out happy with the service , instead disappointed. Would not recommend."

"One of the best nail salons I’ve ever been to! I come to Palazzo every time I come to visit my parents in San Antonio (I live in Seattle). Elly is so kind & absolutely wonderful with my nails and everyone should try to make an appointment with her! When I go to other salons it normally feels rushed but at Palazzo with Elly she was very detailed and took the time & energy to make sure my nails were absolutely perfect and it’s what makes me want to come back to her & Palazzo every single time! The Vietnamese coffee they offer is incredible as well! Highly recommend Palazzo!"

"Went for the first time yesterday for a simple short gel manicure after some disappointing experiences at my usual salon, and let me tell you I LOVED THIS PLACE! I think this is the nicest short manicure I’ve ever gotten. Jack took care of me and I loved his work, will definitely be returning"
