"Had an appt for 10 day, I got the usual text reminders, blah blah blah, but when I got there at 950 no one greeted me or acknowledged me. However, they were busy gossiping, loudly, and cussing about “I know he took my computer, blah blah blah”. Anyways, I’m like ok. My appts at 10. I’ll sit for a bit. 10 comes, two more employees walk in, but yet no. one. acknowledges. me. They’re walking around, back and forth. I know they see me. Anyways, 10:10 comes and I walk out. I knew I would be spending an easy $250 plus a $50 tip. Never mind, I’ll spend my money where I’m wanted."

"I Booked Elaine Styles To Dye 3 Bundles And 1 Closure For My Customer. My Appointment Was Booked For Wednesday March 10th, She Changed My Appointment From Wednesday To Tuesday. I Just Got The Hair Back Like This “Pictures Below”. She Never Reached Out To Me About The Hair Being Done, After Asking Her She Then Stated It Was Ready For Pick Up. When I Arrived She Immediately Said She Placed The Bundles In The Bag “She Did Not Explain The Condition The Bundles Were In” The Hair Wasn’t Dyed, Washed, Or Deeply Condition The Proper Way” All The Hair Was Wet, One Bundle Even Matted. When Speaking With Miss Roschell She Was Very Rude, Loud “In Front Of A Customer Also”, Even Had An Attitude. I Showed Her The Hair She Still Try To Make Excuses That The Hair Was Bad. Back Track She Had The Hair Since Tuesday Morning “March 9th” She Asked To Keep The Hair An Extra Day This Is The Outcome Of My Customers Hair. When Asking For A Refund She Asked “What You Want Me To Do”. When I Was Walking Out She Still Continue To Be Rude And Unprofessional. Now I Have To Refund $400 Which Is No Problem. When Stating That She Laughed And Smirked About “Not Once Did She Apologize”. I’m Putting This Here Before Anyone Uses Her Services, I Would Hate For Anyone Else To Go Through This."
