"This place is phenomenal- I can’t recommend it enough! We all know there’s an abundance of dishonest car repair shops and I’m always overly cautious of them because of bad experiences in the past. I recently had an oil change elsewhere and was told I had a “leak somewhere” afterwards. Fortunately I had a feeling that I wasn’t being told the whole story. This shop had asked me to bring my Jeep back to them to “search for the leak” after changing my oil, but I had a feeling they knew exactly where it was and were just blatantly ignoring it to get more business out of me. So then I took my Jeep to Christian Brothers the next day and I couldn’t be happier with their service! They were honest, kind, thorough, and very efficient! They explained everything my vehicle needed and clarified the leak situation and even included pictures in all of the diagnostic information. They present all of the information digitally for you to review and you can easily approve or decline each recommended service. There’s no hassle or guessing games as to what you’re being told. They even encouraged me to request a refund from the previous shop for the oil change due to the leak being obviously overlooked (which I was thankfully able to). They also didn’t pressure me to replace my rotors unnecessarily like other places had. They were able to resurface them and just replace my brake pads (which is obviously way more affordable for me) and my brakes are now working and sounding better than they have in years. They called me a few days after my service to make sure I was happy with everything, which I really appreciated. I will never take my car anywhere else- customer for life here! "Do not trust this place. I had a tow truck delivery vehicle to this location but I’m doing so heavily damaged the vehicle and also hit my car against another car in the lot several times, to which I have video of the entire ordeal. A representative called me back saying that this was not factual and lied several times during the interaction, only to change their tone when I informed I had video evidence stating otherwise. They will happily lie to a prospective customer as long as it fits their narrative."
