"11/11/23 - car inspection. My hubby and I didn’t wait long to be called. They had an outside lobby enough seatings to wait. Surprisingly the inspection was very fast. It was about a 10-15 min wait (seemed like). We got a free car wash as well to do inspection. The woman at the customer service desk was great as well. Thank you guys for the quick service."

"Came in for an oil change and state inspections. I've never been to this business before, but they are close to where I live and they offer Mobil One oil. Technician was courteous and helpful. Surprisingly I was not quoted a price but to be honest didn't really care. Good thing was when I was presented the bill it was right at what I was expecting. We'll, that was the good part of the experience. Next was the included free car wash. Seemed pretty straight forward while it was being wash. The crew wiping down after the wash seemed pretty fast but there was two of them so I dismissed it. When I got home, you know the old I just wanted to get out of there, I noticed a scratch on the driver's side front door as I walked by. Upon further checking, three more scratches all at the same level. In addition my bumper was still dirty and they didn't even bother to wipe the door jambs down. Water spotting on the doors as well. Wheels came out very nice though. Will I be back for a wash? Never. Oil change, probably."
