"I have been using this location since they opened and getting the same vehicle inspected and passed. Suddenly my tint is too dark? Same vehicle with absolutely no changes! I purchased this car from the dealer. I get people make mistakes but you’re telling me that your inspectors have not been doing their job correctly for four years and now suddenly they are? Ridiculous and I won’t be returning."

"The lady at the front desk, Sarah, is very polite, cheerful and friendly! At other auto centers I've visited, the front desk is almost always super rude and don't really care about customer service. Sarah made our experience very pleasant and she was quick to respond too! Overall, the service at this center is good and we will come here for future auto services."

"I used to like this location a lot but lately their service has gone down hill. Took my car to get the state inspection and they couldn't even put the gas cap back on and the mechanic was rather rude. Having taken three of my vehicles to this location before, I can tell you I will not be going back. I can take my car anywhere without the rude attitude from the mechanic."

"Probably worst oil change experience ever. Quoted price for my vehicle on the phone was way less than they made me pay. And COMPLETE disregard for the cleanliness of you vehicle. Left oil all over my interior. Just absolute complete disrespect for your vehicle. I would avoid this place!! Pictures don’t cover what came off my steering wheel, hood, and outside door handle. Update Response to Owner: 1) Only person that was "reluctantly" going to help clean my truck when the issue was brought to their attention was a male; he picked up a dirty, used paper towel off a drum and started to walk toward me frustrated. I told him that wasn't going to do the job and to forget about. 2) I have more positive reviews on google than negative...very critical of when I leave bad ones and they are all warranted; just like this one. 3) I provided my year/make/model of my vehicle over the phone for the quote and specifically asked if that was for my vehicle. Then, after the work was done...the total was over 1/3 more...not just a few quarts off. 4) Don't have to worry about me every using y'all again. I'll find somewhere else to take my business."
