"After being a customer for years, I have promised myself never to set foot in that place again. I had never had any issues until I asked them to redo the crappy work they did the day before because they are too busy to dedicate the alloted time to paying customers and then have the gall to blame the customer, in this case me. Before I left I noticed that the work the "owner" did was less than okay, I got home and within about an hour on of my nails chipped (I got a fill and shellac) the shellac started cracking and then peeled right off. I called and asked them to redo them because they felt nasty, bubbling at the tips, uneven and messy. He said to go in at 2pm. I did and what I asked him to redo the entire thing, he became aggressive and told me that I would have to go back because they didn't have time- not my problem, I waited for my appointment. I told him that I didn't have time to go back and forth because of the bad job he had done and asked him to take care of it. He said he would only do the worst ones. By this time Mimi or whatever her name is, is looking at us from across the room and yells over him saying that if I want a service I have to pay. Oh this just did it for me. I did pay and left a tip- yesterday! When the work should have been done right, the first time. I felt threatened by her and the guy because after she joined in, he began to get even more aggressive, he even cut my cuticle with the file. Anyways I asked her to stay out of it because I was addressing the guy, she was horrible, never would I have expected her to be as nasty as she was. Anyway, the guy only "had time" to redo 5 of the nails, one of which cracked and peeled today! Not even 24 hours after I was there getting it fixed. Please don't go here, save your hard earned money and spend it elsewhere where you'll be treated well and get QUALITY work."
