"I asked for a trim and to touch up my layers and got NONE of that. At first it looked fine since my hair is curly but once I styled it I saw how bad they cut my hair. I asked for layers and got an unblended and uneven single layer. I had to go to another salon to chop off my hair for it to look good and even. I also made an appointment and got attended 20 minutes later so what’s really the point of one?? Pls find a different salon because this one is not it, they couldn’t even do a trim."

"After searching, I finally found the right hairstylists. My past hair cuts were always the same, and they were just not right. After many disastrous experiences and fears of a new hairstylist that i would have to trust all over again. But I've finally found the right stylists. My experience with the duo, Emily and Crystal, is always a treat. They always make me feel welcomed and always have a good conversation to go with an excellent hair cut. These two ladies carry themselves with professionalism and have years of experience and with a few words in describing what you want. They know exactly how you want your hairstyle."

"I had a TERRIBLE experience. I understand if it was a slight mistake or was just a little uneven. Quick fix, no problem. But that was definitely not the case here. The hair stylist butchered my hair when I asked for a trim. First, she washed, no scraped my hair clean and dug her nails in. Then, she rushed to cut my hair, leaving me with soaked hair when I left the salon. She clearly rushed it. Because it was still wet, it wasn't until hours later until I saw just how bad it was. It was uneven and a whole chunk was missing. If she screwed up such a simple haircut request, it makes me wonder who else she has screwed up their hair. It was so terrible and uneven that I had to go to another salon for them to fix it. It required them to cut off an addition 3 inches and add a bunch of layers to fix what the first lady screwed up. I have tried to get my money back, but they say "they don't do refunds." That they will fix it and compensate with a free brow wax. Um no. This experience was so bad that I refuse to go to any Rios locations ever again. I have tried calling the main office and they still haven't done anything. Terrible service all around."
