"I am new to this city and this store. Scheduled hair cut for son. There was a short wait. The staff was friendly. There could have been pictures of different hairstyles to choose from."

"So let me just start by saying everyone here is very friendly. My son comes here alot and they do a great job all the time with him. I went in yesterday and got a color retouch after getting my hair highlighted and I paid quite a bit for it being the first time. So yesterday like I said I go for a retouch and I get home, look in mirror and there's a patch of grey hair, that's the main reason I went, to get all these greys covered. A customer goes and expects to get what they paid for. A little upset but thank God for root cover ups!"

"DO NOT COME HERE! Amanda was nice but when putting the bleach on it was on for hours and I asked her if she should take it off and she said “after 45 mins it’s done processing so it’s ok to leave it on” well she left it on for 4 hours as I was there for 5 hours. My hair is falling off and now I have a bold spot and when I showed her she said oh no it was already like that. I know my hair and I didn’t have a bold spot. It was where the bleach was. I have pictures but I’m not sure how to add them to my post. I also told her how I wanted my highlights and I specifically showed her a pic of how I did not want them and they came out how I told her I did not want them. She acted surprised and said she wasn’t sure what happened. The highlights are touching my roots and I did not want that. I wanted my highlights to blend in. I still paid but I am very very very upset."
