"I visited this place on recommendation of my aunt, who is a loyal customer, and gets her nails done with amazing designs and styles. I was disappointed, to say the least. I showed various styles of cat eye, which is what I specifically wanted, and I let the man choose what he thought he could do the best. I will post what I wanted vs. what I got. Apart from this, they never offered me a drink, and they offered everyone else a drink. I sat far away from everyone else, which I also thought was weird. I was hoping this would be my go-to since I'm moving here soon but I left disappointed."

"I’ve been multiple times and when I get the tech PHILLIP my nails never come out good… he is always either talking on the phone or watching videos on his cell phone while doing my service… when I nails break or chip within 2 days and go back for fix and they will charge me regardless to fix a job that was not done well.. used to come here often after these experiences I Will not be returning . They also change how much I pay everytime I go I don’t understand I get the same service every single time. When I express I don’t like my nails he calls over someone else and then clearly he agreed he was not done, all I asked for was to buff and file down my nails because they look so bulky and like press on nails again… will not be returning"

"Spent $85 plus a $20 tip an 8 days later my nails broke off and they are lifting. I called an said I need them fixed the manager told me there’s a 7 days period an after that they have to charge me lol what a joke! I will never go back there again money hungry people!"
