"This place is a rip-off! They charge an extra up-charge for you to get service from a good lash tech. Why do we have to pay extra master fee when all your lash techs should know how to do the same thing. Prices just keep going up and I was charged even when I had cancelled my membership . District manager was not helpful in refunding my fees back."

"Do not recommend this place. You would pay for the service and then they would charge you again. I was asked if I want to pay for my membership the day i have my eyelashes done and i was charged that day but one week later it appeared that i still need to pay for my eyelashes which i already did. $160 for eyelashes that lasts two weeks is crazy. I’ve been going to this place for 5 months and I liked the quality of the eyelashes but the service is terrible and disappointing. They would charge you whenever they want and literally scam you."

"Shaylynn did an amazing job with my lashes. It was my first full set ever and she was extremely gentle as well as knowledgeable about which lashes would work best for me. It was also nice to receive the holiday promotion."
