"Pulled in at 1 pm asked how long for an oil change, lady at desk said it would be around 4:30. That we had to wait on the night crew to get here. The whole entire time we waited, not one truck went into a bay. Day crew sat in there not doing anything, waited on night crew to clock in an loaded them up with work. They need to be jobless if they can’t do any work. 2/5/24"
"Ugh so irritated by someone knocking on my door telling me I was parked on a reserved spot. I was parked on the third row and no marking on ground showing it was reservation spot. This truck stop has more reserved spot then it’s one row for free parking. My thing is if you’re going to enforce the reservation spots, then all that money y’all are charging for parking, MANAGEMENT needs to paint this parking lot and MAKE IT CLEAR on what spots are reserved. Our schedule is not a 8 to 5 job, we drive long hours and to be woken up by someone banging on my truck was so irritating, do better, paint your parking lot"
"Female traveling alone in my RV. Had been driving for 10 hours and needed a place to park and sleep. I asked if I could park in the front where it was well lit and the manager on duty was adamant and very rude in stating that I HAD to park in the back in "the reserved" area. I got back into the RV and found a Loves about 10 miles north. Loves offers RV parking in the front and some locations have shore power. TA lost around $400 with their lack of concern for my safety."
"The showers here are clean, big and beautiful. We had Boston market here also the service was fast and the food was delicious. We have been to alot of TA and this is by far one of the nicest we have been to in a long time."
"Interesting store with lots of random offerings. The design was a little strange and mismatched but it was clean. Lots of trucker needs as well as a shower. Attached to restaurant"
