"WARNING!!! I really wish I could give this place ZERO stars. first of all….. They’re overpriced for the services they do and charged me extra for nails that were extra short and square. Regular nails nothing fancy. LOL ANYWAY DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND COME HERE. These people have me terrible infection on my toes. I came up there the next day and I was so kind and quiet as they had a salon full of people and I told them about my infection and showed him my toes. This picture is a week later so you can only imagine how it looked fresh. It was disgusting and leaking pus. They didnt offer me any help and when I asked for my money back he told me no. STATE LAW SAYS ANY CUTS OR INFECTIONS IS A FREE SERVICE. I will be reporting this company for TDLR. yall have disgusting customer service and clearly do not sanitize. I am an esthetician student so I am very familiar with the rules and regulations. This was my first and last time coming here. Yall really had the nerve to offer me a 50% discount on my next visit? TUH! Never coming again and I wouldn’t ever recommend anyone come here. I paid $125 for a service that I pay $80 else where for. How is my gel polish chipping after 1 week? This place is trash."

"Literally got my nails done less than A WEEK AGO! laying in bed rn taking the gel polish off because more polish started chipping after i took this. i really am annoyed that my nails look like this & it hasn’t even been a week yet. please do research before you go somewhere ladies cause all these reviews are bad. will not be going back"

"I can’t believe how horrible the tech, Carolee, made my gdaughter’s nails look and when I asked about fixing them the guy/maybe manager wouldn’t take the time to even listen to what I was saying. He kept just talking right over me not acknowledging anything. But I’m even more upset at the way the tech/Carolee treated my grandchild who was getting nails for the first time. She said the filing was burning her cuticles and when she pulled away due to pain the woman would yank her hand back. She was intentionally being mean!! When I mentioned this to the guy/maybe manager up front, there was no apology or any remorse. My grandchild later told me that when I was talking with him she could see the tech just smirking as if it was funny!! This is a horrible place and I wouldn’t recommend anyone here!"

"Edit: I went back to try and get my nail color corrected to the color I originally asked for. Upon arrival the manager/owner along with the original nail tech Rihana argued with me and accused me of asking for two different colors and stated if I wanted it fixed I would be charged $27. As I am explaining the situation to the manager/owner he is talking over me and accusing me of lying and that his employer did no such thing. I then provided proof with a photo of the two different colors and the manager/owner said it was the same color which clearly were NOT so he proceeded and asked me to take my shoes off to show him as well as to show the original nail tech (Rihana) in front of other clients and I said I was NOT comfortable taking my shoes off but his response was the picture was not enough proof so I took my shoes off and showed the picture as well the difference of colors along with the nail book color selection and then the manager/owner finally saw the difference but did NOT apologize nor accept the fact that his employee lied and also embarrassed me in front of others with accusing me of lying. Although my nail color was corrected to my original color I wanted it was used with gel polish when I paid for the dip powder services of $135. I will NOT be returning due to lack of professionalism, lack of accountability, accusations without being heard and spoken over. If you're a person of color please do NOT waste your time coming here where we are not appreciated!!! 1/6/24 This place lacks manners, when I walked in I was not greeted instead I was asked by the manager/owner what do you want to get and that should've been my first sign to leave. Before I was seated I asked where the restroom was and was ignored. I then asked a random nail tech who was nice enough to tell me. My pedi nail tech was very nice sadly I forgot her name. The only problem I had was that I wasn't asked if I wanted gel or dip they just asked which color and proceeded. Towards the end of my appointment my mani nail tech left some sticky substance on my nails and said it would come off when I washed my hands but it didn't so I said oh will it come off when you finish my nails but she said she was done. I noticed the lady (Caucasian) next to me received a cuticle and lotion treatment although we both asked for the same mani/pedi at check in. When I asked why I didn't receive the same treatment I was told it's because I didn't ask for the manicure just the nails... which was silly due to the lady, I checking in at same time heard each other services we wanted and were the same. I said okay I'll get it , it was supposedly $19 more so the nail tech proceeds to clip my cuticles and attempt to take off whatever sticky substance she got all over my left hand only and by the time she finished I was over it and just paid $135 on terrible service upon arrival, manicure nail color completely different colors than what I asked for but received the correct color on pedicure. I will only be returning to correct the incorrect color on my manicure for free but never again after and suggest others to not return as well!"
