"I went for a hair cut 1/10/24. When i went to pay, they charged 20% above what I normally pay for a haircut. They did now warn of their price increase during my call for the appointment or when i walked In. There was no sign at the store of the increase in charges for 2024. No text or customer emails about their new policy. The next day, 1/11/24 I received a call from the salon that they had over charged $10, and requested my credit card info to reimburse $10. I checked my card and instead of reimbursing they charged an additional $100.50. for a total of $216.00 for 1 haircut. I can‘t believe the way these people are doing business. I was looking for a salon where i can be a regular customer. They need to get their business practices together. i am fuming! They should be honest with their customers. I shouldn’t have to deal with all of this."
"I get my hair cut and styled by Kambri every couple months and I’ve been going to her for 2 years now! She’s a great listener and is always able to help me figure out what cut would look best for my curly hair!"
