"I booked an appointment on August 26th for passion twists for $180. I decided to cancel after the price was increased due to the misleading lengths on the photos on their website. I paid in full online so I was now owed a refund since I did not have the service done. I requested a refund and the owner coincidentally stopped replying to my texts for a few days. Eventually, after many calls back and forth and having to open claims against the company to get a response from them, she told me she couldn’t refund me due to issues with her third party payment company withholding the funds. In my experience with professionals as well as being a previous business owner myself, the correct thing to do would’ve been to refund me regardless of having issues with your third party. That is not the customers fault or something you should even be sharing with me quite frankly. It is now December. After continuous stress and having to go back and forth for 4 MONTHS, I have just now received my refund. I will never come here or refer anyone to this business. This is the worst experience I’ve had with any company."

Not only is it the service quality good, the customer service is also great. The owner is very welcoming and will make sure you leave satisfied. You are in good hands whenever sit in the chair, they’re very dependable. I strongly recommend you come here if you want to get your hair done."

"I like this place the service is quick lots of workers. You really don’t need an appointment. You should get a appointment, but this place has never turned me away. They always found time to do me and my daughters here they tell me to come in. I will see the quickly the work was done quickly The Braiding is very neat styles last for very long time to three months. If you take care of them, I had my week installed. First place I ever went to where they breed your hair and so on your wig so my way was able to last six weeks looking good up to the day I took it out. My daughter Braids last for two months and they still look good up to the day we took them out. I highly recommend that place it’s not the neatest is not update with decor. I need some cleaning but you will be comfortable getting your hair done a little pricey, but worth the money."
