"Sandra did an amazing job cutting my hair. She was quick and did exactly what I asked for."
"Took two of our kids here. Daughter asked for layers, got bangs. Part of the back was three inches shorter than the rest and those were the "layers". Son needed the standard (generic) 9yo boy haircut of short in the back with a fade to longer on top, she did the fade with thinning shears. I could have done better with a vacuum and a prayer. Had to go to 377 location and have it fixed by people who knew what they were doing."

"This is the second time the heavy set middle eastern man has messed up my hair. Uneven cut, last time he didn’t blend my hair at all or thin it. Today I only asked for a 1 all around. I have an undercut so the guide is already there for you to follow, yet somehow he managed to miss a WHOLE chunk of my hair and now it stands straight up, he also carved lines into my hair when i didn’t ask him too, he already did one side so i told him to do the other side to make it even and he didn’t put it on my part , right below it. so now there’s a thin strip of hair below my part, a bald line, then the rest of the hair cut. he didn’t cut the back of my hair at all and left half of it uncut. The entire cut lasted like 5 minutes and it looks awful. He ripped the cape off of me. He even ignored a lady asking if her elderly disabled father could sit in one of the cutting chairs and wait so he wouldn’t have to get back up and down (he had a walker) and all he said was “ we will see”. I really shouldn’t have given him a second chance but I was hoping maybe after the last time i complained about him to the manager and to customer service that he would have shaped up. Obviously he has learned nothing. If your only option is the heavy set middle eastern man, turn around and walk out."
