"I usually have a good experience however I came in today this morning 9/14/2023, and do not want to come back! I had surgery 2 weeks ago and have been recovering so of course my brows and sides were long and grown out. Whoever was working was super rough, she explained it was bc of my long fine hair but that doesn’t mean she has to be rough. And she was fast got the wax in my hair. When we were done she said ok all done. I had to ask for her to put aloe Vera please. And she only put it on my brows, not my sides. I shouldn’t have to ask she should know to put them on after I’ve had my skin rip apart from her roughness. Thanks but not coming back."
"I was curious about there services specifically the facial and microblading and the employee who helped me was respectful although kept her answers short and to the point. I assumed the services they provided were for both men and women, although she explained that only eyebrow threading were for men and nothing else was available. I just would of like to know beforehand or to display to let their customers know that the other services they provide are for only women. It's somewhat disheartening to only be able to get my eyebrows done and nothing more, due to there rave reviews on their other services, however the employees were very respectful."
