"My husband and I love how Katarina cuts his hair. So I finally decided to take my 16 year old son since we have such a hard time with his hair. He is never truly happy with a cut until about a week after getting a haircut. After this time. He said what my husband always says. Easily the best haircut he's ever gotten. And she does not forget how you like your hair cut. She remembers things she talks about with you while cutting and then will ask about how it went with whatever you talked about the last time. Highly recommend!"

"Checked in for next available as I needed a haircut and my normal barber wasn’t available. The stylist was personable and the cut looked decent in the chair. The neck trim was a little uncomfortable but by the time I got home my neck was hurting and looked like this; Feels like I got scalped. I’ve had some razor burn before but never this bad. Also looking closer in the mirror there were many spots of hair that weren’t cut correctly and I had to fix with my own clippers. IF I ever go back, definitely will not be taking next available, obviously a reason this stylist did not have anyone on their waitlist."

"I can never seem to luck into getting a stylist that has any experience. The past few visits have not been good at all. Today I was in the chair for over 40 minutes for a simple cut. The manager had to come over to check her work and make corrections even. Can someone please give me the names of a few experienced stylists there so next time I can reserve one? I checked in online because i was in a hurry and missed another appointment ,watching the stylist behind me go through 3 customers in the time it took her to finish mine."

"I love getting my haircut here. I’ve had to try place after place just to find the right kind of cut. I got so so lucky when I first showed up and chose first stylist available and I hit the lotto with Tracie. She does an amazing job every time with my hair. I served over a decade so having a squared away haircut is VERY IMPORTANT to me and she deserves an Army Achievement Medal for cutting my cowlick exactly as it needs to be cut. The volume on the TV’s are just right, the place stays clean, the ladies working here are super nice and I really enjoy the good vibes and good people here.
