"The quality of the service is not the same. Back then, they care for the customers but now it seems like the salon hire whoever is out there. The price also increase by a lot. I went to get a wax for my upper lips and eyebrows, and got a bad burnt from it. The tech just let it happen without saying anything. I didn’t find out until after I left. Will not come back."
