The woman at the counter was so nice too, I should’ve gotten her name lol, such awesome and nice staff! :))"

"I went in today for a pick-up order and was helped by Telia, who is so sweet and kind! She was very attentive and helpful, making the process go smoothly. She even took the time to show me the samples vending machine — which is the coolest thing! Telia has great customer service, an amazing attitude, and was so cheerful that it brightened my day! This location is always very clean and well organized, but having friendly cashiers like Telia really make the experience even better."

"If I was able to give this store 0 stars I would. I chose this store even though there are stores closer to me because they had the free item in stock if I spent a certain amount. The next day I’m told the item is out of stock. I spoke to the GM Susan TWICE on the phone who assured me confidently if I drove to the store she would have the free item shipped to my house or to the store. So I drove to the store. When I arrived I was not greeted, not thanked for coming in, nothing. Susan had no idea to do what she promised. Then proceeded to tell me that the items never promised or guaranteed, a lot of excuses, blah blah blah. Talk about trusting people with their word. I will NEVER be back to this store. If you’re a GM you should know how to do something as simple as ship an item. Instead you blame your failure and insecurity on the customer. Wow. Trash! Garbage! Won’t be back and this Ulta store will never earn me back as a customer. I drove 40+ miles RT. Wasted a lot of fuel. Thanks, Susan!"

"Robin was our makeup artist for my moms wedding and she did an AMAZING job! She was so kind and helpful and we will definitely use her again for any future makeup services we may need. My mom looked absolutely gorgeous for her wedding. She also did a fabulous job doing my eyeshadow as well! Robin deserves a huge raise she does awesome makeup!"
