"My daughter went in for a hair cut but the lady that usually cuts her hair was unavailable so she sat for someone else to cut her hair. She showed her a picture of what she wanted done to her hair. She said she noticed that the lady seemed like she wasn't in a good mood. Acting kinda rude to her. Well my daughter said while she was cutting her hair she noticed that it was not what she had asked her for and stopped her from cutting any further since she had already cut her hair to short. She paid and left( I told her she should NOT have paid) she was very upset when she came home and I told her to reach out to the manager or owner of the salon. We'll my daughter ended up going to a different salon to have the cut fixed to which that hair stylist told her that the previous stylist put to many layers in her hair. So my daughter ended up going shorter on her cut just so it would look better. It did look horrible after the 1st hair stylist did her job. She went into hair gallery to talk to the owner and the owner was unavailable so a different stylist took pictures of her hair after she went to have it fixed by someone else and also my daughter left pictures of the after and before the hair gallery stylist did to her hair. My daughter left her phone number so the owner could contact her once she was back. A day or so later the Hair stylist that originally messed her hair up called her and was really rude and saying she didn't mess up my daughters hair. She even hung up on my daughter before saying that my daughter wouldn't let her finish the cut. If she had she most likely wouldn't have any hair left. This place is very unprofessional. My daughter didn't leave her number for the stylist to contact her. She left it so she could speak with the owner only. Still the owner hasn't reached out to my daughter and it's already been a week. My recommendation is not to go to this place if you want a style cut."
