"To whom it my concern, This is a formal complain on employee Rene Garza. On July 31 2020 i walked in to the 2316 S Zapata HWY store in Laredo,TX. Mr. Rene Garza treated me and my dad very poorly and totally unprofessional. It is not our fault he was having a bad day. We gave him our vehicle details and he made a face like if we were inconveniencing him. We asked for a Radiator Hose and asked to look at the pictures. We were not sure if it was the upper or lower. I did remember reading in the hose it was the upper. So i told him it might be the upper and that its a short one in a 90 degree angle. He read a number off the computer and took off to the back. Another gentleman man came by the computer and we asked him if we could see the picture. He turned the screen and a way different hose was on the screen. He scrolled down and we quickly recognized the hose we were looking for. It turned out to be called the lower hose. The gentleman kindly told Mr. Rene Garza about the mistake and Mr. Rene Garza came down from the latter Swearing in a low tone voice. When he saw the screen he angrily told us that the hose we are looking for is the lower not the upper. Afterwords he looked at me and tried to stare me down, i then asked if he could sell it to us, Mr. Rene Garza then said he will not sell it to us. Astonished we took off from the store and drove down to GAP and they kindly sold us the hose we were looking for."

The store manager is great at what he does and was able to help me efficiently and with a great attitude. Overall this is a great store and I 100% recommend coming here for all your parts needs and any questions you might have."
