"Horrible customer service from Michelle from lady shoes (the girl with tattoos). She was very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. She was having an unprofessional conversation, bragging about all the crimes she had committed (she was bragging about human smuggling) - she needs to be charged. She was trying to intimidate me. She made me and other customers feel very unsafe. Very disappointed that Dillard’s allows this type of behavior. I feel very unsafe shopping here. And being around a sales associate who brags about being a criminal. Do better Dillard’s. I will be filing a report with Laredo PD."

"When I entered Dillard’s last Sunday I was met with a very enticing nice-smelling scent. That’s a big plus for someone like me who loves “perfumey tickles” on the nose. And when I need classy or stylish clothings, Dillard’s is my go-to place. It is expensive, though. However, there are times they go on sale and you’ll be able to snag rich-looking merch at a discounted price. It is also here that I buy my Vionic sandals for my feet with plantar fasciitis. That pair of sandals is durable and gives my painful feet the much-needed relief. It is highly recommended for those having the said foot ailment. In Laredo, only Dillards sell those Vionic footwear."
