"I came for a return to get my money back for a battery I didn’t even need to use. They were already in the process of giving me my money when an old white guy that looks like the broke version of Santa Claus stepped in and did not want to give me my $300 refund. He tried to find a technicality to not give me my refund even though I specifically asked before I bought the battery that there’s a high chance I’m going to return it because my car might not even need it. Worker said that it’s totally fine as long as it’s in perfect condition and I have the receipt. I brought it back 2 days later and Santa wouldn’t let me leave with my battery and kept telling the return policy was only 24 hrs even though I specifically asked for any restrictions before purchase and they only gave me two (condition and receipt). I ended up getting my $300 back but just wanted to warn anybody in case they come across Santa’s evil twin."
"Made a visit to this location yesterday when my car wouldn't start. Had my car jump-started and made it to Autozone and spoke to the store manager, Carl C. He was very friendly, patient, and helpful. He tested my current battery and based on the results, we determined it needed replacing. Carl offered to remove the old battery himself and charge the new one for us before offering to install it. We received great customer service at this location! Thank you so much for your help and your patience, Carl!"
