"They’re always out of stock in their items. For my last two purchases I got screwed with the coupons. One for $15 off $50 and the other $5 off $20. I purchased items to meet the amounts required for the coupons and then they let me know on the first one three of six items were out of stock and one the second purchase two of the four items are out of stock. Both our read availability in store so I reassured myself before I purchased. Either update the online inventory or RESTOCK. It’s very frustrating, this is not the first time it’s constant and I purchase at least once a month that it’s gotten to the point to post publicly. The customer service from a female, older woman with blonde hair has very bad customer service and left me standing there in the front while she walked away to ask about the items and never returned for at least ten minutes so someone else finished the transaction. I think it’s just Laredo, I have yet to have these issue’s elsewhere. Not going to this store in person anymore; I guess purchasing online and shipping will be the best way to not have to deal with these issues. So it happened AGAIN!!!! I gave it the benefit of the doubt! Purchased on 082123 and again, online says it’s available for pickup and I get the email “part of your order is ready, other items out of stock” and again I lose out on the coupon. Called the manager Maria who was kind and ends up finding my items out of stock in the store!!!! So I guess Maria need to speak to her staff, No more, I’m officially getting my items shipped. Very sad!"

"This store is always dirty, everything is out of place or out of stock. Testers are pretty gross and so are the tester stations. Yes this is right after the holidays, but this store has been like this since they opened."

"Employees at this Ulta are not friendly, they seemed bothered when you approach them for advice &/or ask for an item. Its dirty and messy, most of everything out of place at every isle, items are not at their proper place...I went twice in one month when doors opened & everything was the same...they are out of stock & they say "we just put in an order " smh...hopefully they can change managers & train their employees with good customer service."

"I have visited Ulta Beauty many times before but, my goodness, today is probably the best day to visit it! First off, Ulta is one of the best places for cosmetics, skin care, hair products and fragrances. It is a paradise for people who like beauty products. Even a person like me who isn't too into this scene can appreciate Ulta's selection. Now, today's experience was crazy. We came into Ulta expecting to just exchange a product and came across a really good discount. Products from influencers like James Charles and Jeffree Star were 20%. These products are some of the best in quality and it is rare to see them with any form of discount. We bought several items and got more of a discount because of the Ulta membership (which I highly recommend to people who shop in Ulta even if it's just once since you can get really great deals with it). We were satisfied with the purchases and the employee who attended to us was really great. She was helpful and friendly. The majority of the staff have been like this during all of our visits. Ulta Beauty is a really great cosmetics store where you can find all that you need in regards to cosmetics. If you ever have the time and need something beauty related, make your way to Ulta."
