"I don't get my nails done often, so I was looking forward to treating myself especially after seeing the great reviews for this place. But unfortunately I was disappointed, they were just done yesterday and although the design part was great my cuticles were not removed and my skin looks rough. For what I paid, they should like they went through the grinder."

"This is exactly how I left the salon after spending almost 2 hours there! This was my second experience at this salon and I'm so frustrated. The very first time I went in, it was a great experience, but this time... absolutely disappointing. The nail tech, I never got her name, removed the powder color nails I had, and left my nails like this to go and do someone else's nails. Like finish the freaking job, especially since I paid $118 for other services! And she had the audacity to complain about the color change to her other co-worker in spanish, as if I didn't speak the language. And to top it off, I had two young children with me. I will never be back ever. It's a shame because Tyler and the other girl that worked with my family were great."
