"I just went to this store and as soon as I walk in people following, and at the register the lady thought I was trying to steal a lipstick, due to me getting it when I first walked in then left it on the side when I was gonna pay she thought I had token it out of the box and said “I can take that too” and I said “oh I’m not taking it” to witch she responded “ok still I can take it” and when I gave it to her she made sure it was there. Very embarrassing moment"
"I absolutely love the ladies who work at this location very helpful, sweet, and they know a lot of information on the products. I was there today for a hair treatment with Karen and she is AMAZING! My hair has never looked this good and it’s so soft and shiny!"
"I just went to this location maybe 45 minutes ago, from the moment I walked in one of the employees was following me around just keeping an eye on me as if they thought I was going to be stealing something. When I paid and gave my phone number for the account the person at the register seemed in this belief that that was in fact my account. The store is clean and well stocked, but if you want an overall better customer service experience then just go to the Joe Battle location the girls there are amazing!"
"I love the new set up. I’ve been waiting for the store to open. However I feel like customer service at the register could improve. Sounds like everyone is a little lost, the tone of voice needs improvement. No one was rude, everyone was helpful, just lacking a little bit of customer service experience."
