"Adriana takes very long to respond back to book you. I was trying to get my wife booked in with her and she said she would get back with me the next day and it took her about 3-4 days to respond. I had booked elsewhere by then and informed her of it and told her respectfully and nicely as to why I booked elsewhere and just said that ‘the way she does things works just fine even if it didn’t work for me’ without an apology. I understand if she was booked, if she would of just communicated that to me I would of understood and waited or even if she would of booked me for when she did have time I would of been ok with waiting. The biggest thing is she didn’t apologize which shows that she doesn’t truly care about her clients. I can’t support that."
"I feel ten years younger! She made me look amazing! I can't stop flaunting my hair and getting a lot of compliments by my coworkers and family. Ms. Edna is the go to hairstylist in EP. I love my hair! Please go to her do yourself a favor and come here!"
"So i went in with a groupon but was fully prepared to pay for anything extra. The groupon stated full highlights with a deep conditioning. My hope was to come out with a new look to help boost my confidence, i asked about a mermaid blend of colors but was discouraged about doing so ( it was a blessing in disguise). I asked her opition because i really wanted a fresh look and to cover up my white hair, she suggested the highlights with a toner...... however after leaving i realized that my white hairs were still very visible, and at the time because my hair was styled and lots of product added i couldn't really tell then, but it was the day after that i realized the toner was not applied correctly because some of the highlights were bleached white and didn't blead with the rest of my hair. after a couple of washes i started noticing that the color was not a carmel color but more of an orange tint. That's because i was her only customer at the time and her next appointment that was actually scheduled onto of mine no showed. my daughter asked to get color applied because she became available and i was told that she would need to bleached the area in order to add the color. I asked that it be minimal because she is younger, while under the dryer she added two foils that stretched the length from one ear to the other and once the foils were removed i saw that it was super chunky, at this point there was no going back. It was not sutle in the least. I also had the same issue that only appeared after washing the styling products out of my hair, its horrible looking when i pull my hair up in a ponytail. Im now looks for a master colorist to fix what i wasted my money on. Mind you i still paid the lady cause im not that kind of person, but its sad how anyone can get a license to do hair now a days and not know what the heck they are doing. If i could post pic i totally would, so everyone can saw exactly what i mean. My advice is steer clear from this place!!"
"To start, Adriana is super nice and the salon is nice as well. However, I waited 30 minutes after my appointment time in order to be seen after making sure that I was there right on time. I’m finally in the seat, and I tell her what I wanted. There isn’t much talk from her which is fine for me, but if you like the whole chatting thing, it may be an issue for you. I got full highlights and though I love the color on me, I wish she would have gotten down to the roots with the highlights. It hasn’t even been a month and I already look like I’m way overdue for a root touch up! The haircut could have been better as well. The layers don’t really show as much as I would have liked for them to. At the end of the day, I got my highlights and my husband likes my hair."
"I recently moved to the area, so I was excited to find a new salon on Groupon with such good reviews! I got my hair done by Adriana, full highlight, cut, deep conditioning and style. She was doing another clients hair at the same time, even though I had an appointment. There was a lot of sitting and waiting. I think my appointment could have been at least an hour shorter if she was only doing my hair. She did a good job on the highlights, BUT she was blow drying the other clients hair while mine was toning, and she left the toner on for way too long! My hair was supposed to be blonde and it was gray/ purple. I’ve had this happen before, so I knew to just get a clarifying solution from Ulta on the way home, but I think for $205 you should leave the salon happy with how your hair looks. The cut and style was really good. Lastly, I did use a groupon for services, but it said it was valued at $115 and she charged me $80 on top of that. I don’t think the services were worth $205! I doubt I’ll be returning."
