"I went in Friday to have my hair done by Yaneth for a color correction before making an appointment I asked if she could leave my hair a copper color she told me she could do it. The day of the appointment upon finishing my hair it was bright red orange it was never a copper tone. I let her know I did not like it and she told me she would fix it. I still paid the full price in hopes she would keep her word and fix it. She scheduled me an appointment cancelled it twice and rescheduled me a third time with out even letting me know if the time worked for me. There was no communication what so ever. I went back and spoke to the owner himself and asked if there was any way someone else can fix it if speaking to the owner himself or manager would help he said no, he could have just told me he was the owner and he would make sure she took care of it. I understand it wasn't the owners fault although she does represent the Color Lab. I am very disappointed and have yet been able to speak to her. I cant even go out because the job is so terrible. Save your time and money and go else where.. It looks like I work for the circus.. Three days after hair appt I have dark roots."
"Nathan is amazing he always knows how to cut my hair! I’ve messed up my hair in the past by freak accident and he was able to fix it. You never would’ve known I was missing 5in off the front pieces on one side. Lol I’ve been a loyal customer of his for about 8 years. So sad that I am no longer in El Paso, but I will get my hair cut with him whenever I’m in town."
"I went and booked an appointment with that guy Nathan didn’t do a good job wasn’t very social and I looked over to see what was so important on his phone since he wasn’t paying any attention and he was on Grindr! Hook ups can wait my hair can’t! Def not going ever again. Save your money he only cares to give good service if your Instagram famous apparently"
