"Why do they sit you down and ask you what you want if they’re going to do the complete opposite? Botched hair is what I got. I said light layers and there’s about a foot from one layer to the next. Layers all around my face that look horrible. Went home and cried."

"Super good service! I suggest you go in before your planned date to book an appointment because they’re usually packed! I went in on a Wednesday to book and got my appointment on a Saturday. They’re very friendly and listen to whet you envision your hair to be. I wanted a fun color and they gave me that but made sure they wouldn’t cause further damage to my hair. Originally I was okay to bleach it but they suggested otherwise and gave me a keratin treatment as well. :) Definitely coming back!"
"I had an appointment at a different salon for make up application for my engagement pictures but when I arrived they were closed! I was so stressed looking for another salon, I then came across Westend. They were very busy and told me to wait and that they will try their best to fit me in. The staff was so nice and accommodating, I was so happy to of found such a great place last minute. I sorta felt like it was a lot of make up but we took our photos at white sands, it was very windy, and for the camera the make up was the perfect amount. Thank you so much y’all! I love my pictures!"
