"A total rude person came out of the Jimmy Johns and told said are you picking up ? Then just walked off and said , " Well this is Jimmy Johns and walked off! " Never said could you please move , or something nice. Left the most horrible impression! I will Never Ever Order from Jimmy John's in my life now!! What a horrible store and experience. I was just waiting for a Wing Stop order and all the spaces were taken. ! I moved and someone had left so I took that space. Literally 5 mins later my food order was ready! Shame on you Jimmy John's for having such rude policys and unprofessional employees!"

"We ordered a Lulu and Beach Club and got one peice of turkey on each sandwich. I ordered normal onions on one and got a jokingly small amount. We also ordered a Gargantuan with onions and crispy jalapeños. Again, a jokingly small amount of each on that sandwich. The driver received close to a $10 tip and seemed very inconvenienced by having to deliver the food. I was going to call and try to get some level of refund, but the previous review convinced me otherwise. This location sucks!"
"I don't even know where to begin. After reading some of these other reviews, Im starting to think I should be glad I received any food at all. It took about 40 minutes for my first delivery. The store is only 4 minutes away but we were strapped for time. And yes, I said first delivery. They forgot two bags of chips and a pickle. I gave the driver the receipt so he could see what kind of chips we ordered. Ten minutes later he returns and hands me a bag. As he's walking away, he turns around and says, "oh yeah, she forgot to put the jalapeño chips in there. I meant to tell you." If you knew already, why wouldn't you turn around and get them? So, he asks if I want a refund. I say sure. I waited more than a week and still no refund. Now, we did get most of the food we ordered, but it wasn't worth it. I paid for extra guac on a veggie sandwich and you could barely see any of it. I'd rather be done with them than have to deal with calling the store and complaining/asking about my refund."
