"Left oil cap off- didn't care. Loses long-time customer. During routine oil change failed to put oil cap back on (it was left on the hood of my vehicle) and unfortunately I didn't notice for 2 days... Oil sprayed everywhere under hood and even leaked onto bumper... I went back and they treated me as if I was inconveniencing them... After being a loyal customer for 8+ years. Thoroughly disappointed"
"Used to go here. No longer. It was 3:30 with 3 dudes working there yesterday (Saturday). Came to get oil change and they gave me the we're closed sign. Like cut your throat wave off. Website says open until 4. No other customer was there and must have had 2 bay doors shut since 3. I'd be pissed if I owned the place."

It did get a little busy after we arrived and there was a small mixup as one customer snuck their car in before ours in line, but staff noticed and worked quickly to rectify it.
