"The people here have nonsense of urgency, time management, or organization, and only the greeter and cashier had any sort of manors. I showed up 5 minutes early for my appointment and waited in line for 20 minutes before being greeted. There were 6 people in the shop. 1 was performing oil changes, 1 was greeting people and telling us where to park, the other 4 were standing around, and the manager was wandering around outside. There were 2 customers in front of me in line, and 1 to my left. The 2 in front were getting oil changes, I was scheduled for a tire change (4 tires). While I was finally being checked in, 1 of the 4 approached the greeter and asked who was handling the tpms relearn for the customer next to me. The greeter told him that the oil change guy was going to do that once he finished the 2 oil changes he was working on. That guy went back to standing around. To relearn tire pressures, you turn the car on, press a button on the tpms learn tool, go to each tire in a specific order, press a button on the tool, wait for a beep, move on to the next tire and repeat. The process literally takes 2 minutes. Why this guy couldn't do it was beyond me. It's basic shop knowledge. After 20 minutes of fumbling around with the iPad, the greeter told me to head inside, and he would start my tire change. He said he was having system issues, so the paperwork won't be in order, but he'll at least get the repair done while that's being fixed. So far, I'd been there for 40 minutes and wasn't even technically checked it. I went inside and waited. The guy with the tpms sensor reset was still waiting, and waited another 20 minutes when the guy that should've just handled it came in and told him that 2 more appointments showed up, so his wait would be even longer. So he'd been waiting at least an hour for a 2 minute process to be completed. The guy suggested he schedule an appointment. The customer asked how to do that. The guy said, "I don't know," and passed him off to a cashier who stopped stocking heavy car batteries to run the register with 4 people waiting in line. This woman looked to be in her 50s. The guy, who looked to be in his early 20s, went back to the shop and stood around some more instead of sticking around to help her stock, or do any kind of work in the shop. Ridiculous. I waited around some more, and my vehicle was finally ready 2 hours after I arrived for my scheduled appointment. The process should've taken 30 minutes at the most; check in, change tires, relearn tpms sensors, pay the bill, and leave. I worked at a dealership in Michigan for 10 years, and it never took longer than that. The fact that I was the first in line for a tire change means there should've been no delay getting my tires swapped out. I would've understood had there been a line in front of me, but I was the only one there with a tire swap, and there were 4 people doing nothing the entire time, and a manager who clearly did not care at all. I will not be going back for any type of service. $80 to install tires, and then they want me to pay another $40 for road hazard? No. I'll plug my own tires, and if they can't be plugged, I will pay full price for a new tire and gladly take it somewhere else for installation. I'll buy parts at Walmart, but I'll never get service done here again. Literally, the only thing I can't do myself is a tire change because I don't have the proper equipment and don't work in a shop anymore. I might just buy a basic balancing stand for $60 and a tire removal tool for $20 and just do that myself, too."
"Scheduled a tire change a week prior and the day of the appointment at 7am, no one was there, at 8:30am someone finally came out and said no one would be there until 11am. Came back at 11am, didn't get checked in till 12:30pm, then had to wait at the store to 5:34pm them to finish. Probably won't use the Walmart auto services again."
"I ordered 2 tires on the Walmart app yesterday and scheduled an install for this evening. Upon arrival there was an issue with my order. Dylan and the guys actually working in the shop were extremely kind and willing to help which is the only reason I'm giving the good review. Miguel, their supervisor however, was extremely rude when he came out to discuss the payment portion of the mix up. I didn't get two words out before he cut me off and began being extremely condescending. The whole service and getting the issue resolved took about an hour and I'd say no more than 5 minutes of that was dealing with Miguel, but he alone really made me want to leave a 1 star rating. The other guys did go above and beyond to cover for their SUPERVISORS behavior though, so I'd feel terrible not giving them the rating they deserve."
"Dropped off a battery for 1 simple thing. Recharge and to see if it's good. Folks here working auto center don't care and lost your battery and won't do anything about it. Great... I'm out of a battery for just leaving to recharge. Incompetent people"
"The appointment was for 10am, I was there at 9:55am for replacing all 4 tires. First they made me wait 35 mins because they couldn't find my tires. Then they told me to come back later when they find them. 20 mins later they find them and I come back, they tell me they will service me first. They weren't done until 2:30pm. For 4 tires. I asked once what was taking so long to the Auto Center lead named Nancy, and she was rude and unprofessional. Then, they slapped on additional charges that were NOT listed on the website or their pricing board. And 3 hours after driving away, my low tire pressure light comes on. I go to a gas station to check, ALL 4 TIRES WERE VERY LOW. On top of that, one of my tube's inflation nozzles is mashed and leaking air. I can't even refill it. Terrible experience, and likely not up to code. One mechanic was walking around in normal close with no safety glasses on. Seriously, don't come to this location. Waste of money. If you have to use walmart auto center, drive a little bit further out."
